You need to update your ROM (such as updating to CM11 M11) and GAPPS/GoogleServices to the latest versions that will solve the issue. Inspired by the Nexus 5 Bright Red color this is a dark theme developed for the completely new Theme Engine from CyanogenMod with Nexus-red accents and themed Google Apps. You must have CyanogenMod 11 with a nightly May 8 2014 or later installed that includes the new theme engine UI from CyanogenMod. USING CM11S and WIFI menu issues- Send me an email your rom is outdated but I can help This theme is not backwards-compatible to earlier versions of CMs theme engine released earlier than May 2014. The new theme engine has a dedicated theme menu including wallpapers sounds styles and fonts so do not purchase if that is not the case on your device.
